A small team that would rather measure leadership than guess at it.

ApriCOT came out of years spent inside assessment rooms, convinced the work could be fairer, faster, and open to far more people than a calendar of expert assessors ever allows.

  Part of the founding team at PeopleWiz and WAIC. You’ll usually find me with my nose in a book. Stories fascinate me — I read, write, narrate, and now perform on stage as a storyteller. Through WAIC, I help bring to light the stories of children who need support and care.

  Co-founder at PeopleWiz, and a work-in-progress human outside of it. Most mornings begin with a run — 8 to 10 km, chasing consistency more than speed. My two daughters are the centre of my universe, and bird photography is my passion; it even led me to gardening, to invite the birds closer. Still learning. Still observing.
